HOW TO ORDER

1. Click on the size of shoes you wish to order and add to basket. You can click the back button to add more shoes to your order
Please not that only 1 of each shoe is available unless otherwise noted. We get new stock in regularly though so check back often!

2. Select postage. All orders are sent via an insured method and there are savings to be made with larger orders.

Due to high levels of fraud please use an ISP based email address and not a free one (eg do not use hotmail or yahoo emails)
We will accept phone orders

Costs are as follows and include insurance:
We have decided to reduce postage cost and send without the boxes for most larger/heavier shoes. If you would like the box please email me and this can be arranged at additional cost

ORDER 4 pairs of shoes or more and SAVE 5%!!

UK £2.75 (sent second class for larger boxed or heavier shoes and first for small or lighter shoes) for 1 pair of shoes and £1.75 each additional pair
If you want first class (heavy or larger shoes) let me know. There will be an additional charge which is normally in the region of 30-50p depending on the weight of the shoes. If it is more than this we will let you know.

Europe £3.75 for 1 pair of shoes and £2.75 each additional pair

Rest of World Airmail £4.50 for 1 pair of shoes and £3.50 each additional pair

Surface mail £3.50 for 1 pair of shoes and £2.99 each additional pair
(please note - surface mail can take 4-8 weeks)

3. Payment can be made by Debit card/Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Nochex, UKpostal order, UK cheque, Cash on collection. We do not accept Visa Electron

We only send to your card's billing address unless you are a return customer in good standing. If our card processor reports that the billing address entered does not match we will ask you for verification of address. If you pay by Nochex, bank transfer or cheque we will ship to any address specified

We can hold orders pending payment for 3 working days unless you notify us of a delay

4. If you wish to return anything please contact us within 7 days of receipt and promptly return via an insured method. We will refund or exchange. Exchanges can be for items off any of our stores (ie Amalaika, Bargain Boots or Milliemoos)
If you accept an exchange rather than a refund then reduced postage for the exchange shoes is just £1.99 (and £1.25 for additional pairs) UK (please ask for international orders)

5. Please save a copy of your receipt as in order to save on paper we do not include one with your order. If you would like us to include a copy please ask at the time of ordering. We are happy to email a copy to you at any time if yours has been mislaid or didn't arrive for any reason

6. If you need to return or exchange an order please read the terms and conditions page carefully for details. Exchanges are sent at a reduced charge of £1.99 each pair (UK) and refunds are made within 30 days less a £2 charge (UK orders) to cover postage and handling subsidies

Orders from this website usually receive subsidised p&p. In the case of return if an exchange is not taken then £2 will be deducted from UK orders and £4 from international orders for each pair of shoes returned to cover subsidised postage and handling

WHOLESALE: If you wish to make a wholesale order please contact me. Minimum order value at wholesale prices is just £300. UK mainland postage is £15 per large box incl insurance.
